98 supercharger ?'s and front clip?'s

We've owned our 4runner for about 4 years, she has 128k.

Am I crazy for wanting to supercharge an engine with this many miles?

Can I update the front end with the grill/headlight from an 02 as a direct bolt up?

Thanks-

Some people will say you have too many miles, alot wont. I would do a compression check of your engine, and give it all a good inspection, and if everything was good i would do it. Just remeber fuel mods are a must. If your auto you might want to consider modding your tranny to handle the power.

i wanna supercharge my engine, but i only have 100k

yes the front ends can be switched between 98 and 02, with the exception of the bumper. That requires some mods, but i believe its really easy. A search should bring up all the info you want!

these cast engines are very solid platforms that can handle the mods. make sure you flush the engine, run redline/amsoil.etc, clean the intake, and tune it right. read stickys thread!!
