Anyone know if the 03/04 sport wheels will fit (same backspacing?) on a '97 4runner. I'm getting my Sequoia wheels tomorrow, and my brother was going to take my "old" wheels. And if anyone has a 3rd generation with 4th gen wheels, let me know.....pics...Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I saw a 3rd gen 4Runner with 4th gen wheels around here. Don't quote me, I've never went up and asked the owner about it or anything, they were definately the same style as the ones on the 4th gen though.

 

They should fit. Since Sequoia/Tundra wheels fit the 4Runner's, then I don't see why yours won't fit on your bro's 4Runner.

I think the problem that people run into is fitting 3rd gen wheels on a 4th gen 4Runner.

 

Cool......thanks. I figured they would probably fit. Just to be sure, I'm having the new wheels mounted Wednesday...and would assume the dealership would know the answer. I'll post pics of my 4runner then.
