96 tacoma supercharger

another again: i was talking about turbo civics.
(ME) mechanical engineering is the most widely used engineering field acronym, and yes baja is SAE
couldnt find what i was looking for, but i want to know [why it "wont" work***].
it bolts up, so all that you need to do is modify electrical and fuel.
the mechanical part of the fuel system is easy, so its just wiring and management.
[why cant my tacoma(handle boost with my stock components)?***]
i believe that all that would be needed would be an Apex AFC (since it is universal), 7mge injectors, walbro 190lph, FMU, and the SC.
[am i missing something here?***]
[how come people say it cant be done and the ecu wont see it.***] it doesnt need to see it in a stock way with the AFC.
are 96 injectors peak/hold or are they saturated***?
im sure the 7mge's are saturated, along with the newer tacomas.
-derek
i dont see how that is "difficult" to understand.
i *'d every question.
the honda had NOTHING to do with anything, please just forget it was even there.
you guys keep harping on that when its got nothing at all to do with anything.

so ive been reading a lot about turbo setups as well and im still deciding what i want, but a properly setup turbo would be better IMO. ill check it out, and ill start on my couple of boost books, by corky bell and graham bell, after i finish this other book im reading.
ill be boosting the 3.4 over my winter break im 95% sure of that, and ill start collecting parts in the fall.
ill be updating this thread too, but if anyone else wants to comment or talk here then by all means post your experiences etc.
I still need to know what turbo setups work well, and where in their torqu curves they need help.

uhhh...read my siggy...to answer the whole 96 thing
The only diff between the vehicle and MY theory why toyota said no to the 95.5-96 tacos is that the vacuum systems were redesigned in the 97 taco using the 96 4runner setup...thats why in my 96 i have some vacuum lines custom routed so the VSV's get filtered air...its no biggy at all.

To bad I lost almost all my web stuff or else i would link you to my v6 build page that i made a while back.
No wiring problems at all....just one tip...do NOT go by wire colour 9 times out of 10 it will be different, go by the pin and plug numbers
I use the SMT6 piggyback controler and it has been working for over 100k and 3 years now
