96-98 4Runner - Do They Come Prewired For The Foglights?

I just bought 2 pairs of rectangular driving lights. Thinking about using one pair to assist my regular headlights and one pair to assist high beams. What did you use to cut the valence? Is the mounting pretty secure in the sense that, does it shake/vibrate when driving?

hmmm...not in Texas that i'm aware of. If anything i can just hide the buttons.
If anything they would be going after my clear tailights. So far the cops have only pulled me over for white light in the rear because the red silicon cover for my brake bulb had faded away from the heat. Tht was solved using Led brake bulbs.
Oh yah, i was told to have reflectors also in the back. If anything i doubt i would get cited. The inspection part is ez to pass. Just got to know someone

ps There's no fog in Texas, just a buncha deer.

I used the "factory" Toyota-Hella brackets, they are very sturdy. I just need to quit breaking lenses!
