96 4runner 2wd electric probs... (power lock, radio, clock etc)

i had blown the fuse for the radio (used a 2000 tundra deck and amp, hit a hard bump and blew the fuse... think it has something to do with the factory amps ground... as i just had it hanging there.. blah) but anywho it caused a slur of other problems..

so far..
radio not working
clock not working (actually didnt work right before either.. time would keep resetting)
power door lock switch not working (the one button lock unlock all, as well as power lock w/ the key..)
headlight on - warning not working
dome lights not working

pretty sure thats it i know a few of these can be traced to that one fuse (which i replaced yet is still not functioning) and the rest i haven't a clue..

one thing is the car used to have an alarm installed but sat there unplugged and since then ive removed it so not sure if the wire taps have anything to do with it either.. also removed a multi disk cd changer that was installed under the drivers seat seat ..

any help would be appreciated or clues where to keep looking havent poked around with a voltmeter yet or anything..
