got her professionally detailed... they got almost ALL the scratches from wheeling out. geez, she looks brand new.

a cab driver stopped next to me at a light and was like "did you just buy that?"

i love it.

check out the reflection shots... this is paint from an 01!

Looks Amazing! If my truck would shine like that after it was detailed I would do it, but it wont, so till then, it just gets hosed off. I'll wait till I get a second vehicle before I start detailing again.

JK, that looks mint. I took really good care of mine until I started wheeling it and now there are to many scratches to count. I thought I would see about getting them buffed out once a year or something, like right before winter. How much did that cost?

Lee, what did the detailing include? Clay, Polish, Glaze, Wax? How bad were some of the scratches?

Looks like you have NO scrapes ont he plastic part of the front bumper. How do you manage that?

Man...I had mine professionaly done and it didn't look that good. Give us details on exactly what the place did to it and how bad it was before or give us some pics. I may have to use a different place next time!

you know, they told me what kind of weird buffer they use... ill get the full info. i picked it up in a hurry because i was off to the patriots preseason game vs the saints.

it was clayed, polished, glazed and waxed, yes.

they did a phenomenol job. ask the ne4roc guys, i had some bad scratches all over, and theyre 95% gone.

it cost me $120... not cheap, but it was well well well worth it.

So did you just take it to a good ole body shop or was it a specified Detail place? I tried one of those Detail places and I wasn't all that pleased with them. I'm wondering if a body shop would be willing to just do a simple waxing and stuff.

Looks awesome man!

fink,

i dont think any body shops do detail work, but it all depends on your neighborhood. there's not enough money for a body shop to do detail work.

just pick up the phone and ask!

its a place called 'prestige auto grooming'... so yes, its specifically for detailing cars and trucks.

they have a chevy s10 thats lowered with 20 inch rims and is always so scarily spotless parked out front at all times.
