I never understood...
I never understood having a ton of T.V.'s in a car... 1 is practical, 2 is still OK, but having 8 of them? The 4Runner only seats 5! Oh well, some people just want to be like the rappers are just too worried about what everyone ELSE thinks. I know a guy who owns a car dealership/shop and he had a Caddy with T.V.'s all over it. He was playing a GTA2 on the PS2 while he was driving. Needless to say he wrecked it. When he was fleeing the cops on the PS2 he needed to turn right and on the real road he needed to turn left... but he got them mixed up. The cops got him on the PS2 too... what a dumbass. Whatever floats your boat though...

Agreed on the TV situation.
That runner actually looks nice at that ride height, if it didn't look like he was parked on the curb. I like it much better than most of the other rapstar wannabe chromed out trucks. But the TV's...???? I'd rather take out the back seats and replace with a mattress, it would have more potential for use than those TVs.

The TV's are there to impress the judges at car shows, like he said that 4Runner is mostly a show vehicle.
I have to give it to him on the interiort, his sub/amp setup in the back of the truck is done really good and looks clean.
I personally would never own something like that, but I have appriciation for stuff like that.

If you are going to spend that much money.... why the "Best Buy - Buy one get one free special" subwoofers??? And even Rockford amps? I'm suprised he didn't get some real pimp speakers...

We put 8 inch TV's in a Navigator's front and rear bumpers. Now that was cool! Had a total of 18 TV's...totally rediculous, but the bumper ones were pretty sweet. Anyone wanna guess what he did for a living...if for some reason you need a hint, the shop is on 8Mile in Detroit and he wasnt a rapper...

And as for Rockford amps, Rockford amps have always been very stout amps until a couple of years ago when they sold out, but in the pictures you can see that he has the older Rockford punch amps which were very reliable and powerful. He may have not gone the route I would have gone (JL all the way), but at least it isn't Jensen stuff. I think if you're into that kind of customizing, his isn't all that bad. It's not overly flashy and was done with time and thought. To each his own! But yeah too bling for me

I like his so called "bags" aka the curb. If he has bags, how come he used the curb in all of his photos to lower one side of the truck. What a moron. And the 8 TV's isn't that impressive, and even the 18 is still short of what we did in this (got to see!)2002 Xterra 23 TV's! Look halfway down on the page and click the 2002 Xterra. This is not my cup of tea, but it was done nicely by the shop I used to work at.

The shop I used to work for spent a year and a half building that truck up, and the guy that owns it is a good friend of mine. Now if I could just get him to share the wealth. Everyone has their own style so i'm not going to knock how anyone customizes their vehicle, unless they go to Pepboys and steal every sticker and chrome hubcap off the shelves to do it. I just figured since he was talking about bags I would at least show you a vehicle with real ones. Just remember, at least he didn't do it to a 4Runner
P.S. I like the custom gauge cluster, thats a nice touch
That's got the meter pegged!
