I got the best mileage ever in my 4Runner last weekend. I filled up in Weaverville, NC drove to Bristol, TN. I then drove back to Asheville, NC. Then the next morning I drove to Bristol again and then back to Clemson, SC. Now folks, that was over the mountains on I-26 a total of 4 times and down to Clemson. 390 (could have gone til about 450 as I still had 1/4 tank when I filled up) ) miles on 15.8 gals for an average of 24.68 mpg. I couldn't believe it. I also turned over to 70K miles on the trip. This is the second oil change on the Mobil1 and my second trip on my new Michelins. I gotta think that those two factors play an important role in my mileage. I drove to Tampa last month and averaged only 22 mpg, but I had the AC on most of the trip so still not bad.

150 miles on the interstate with a 12" front lift 4.10's and 34's

now i am testing regular city driving and already have hit 93 miles and have 1/2 a tank.

not sure of the speed/milage differences from 31"-34" tires

ha ha ha ha ha I get whopping 10-12 mpg in my 97 3.4L. I can really feel the drag from my lights, BL, OME and tires

I'm getting ready to compare mileage with my OEM filter back in vs the K&N and see if there's a diff,I'll know next week.
