4" 89 4Runner lift
Whats up everyone?
I was wondering if anyone had input on 4" suspension lifts for an '89 4Runner. I was thinking about Trailmaster or Pro Comp with Bilstien 5100 or 5150 shocks. I'm also going to need a new set of rear leafs, considering mine are flat. Also, I do tow a trailer loaded with a couple of '85 250R's and all the necessities out to Glamis about 6 times a year. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i would stay away from PC stage 1 and TM kits. i would recommend superlift's kit or PC stage 2. the superlift kit has a one piece crossmember which i think is definitely stronger then the multi piece crossmember that PC and TM offer. the PC stage 2 kit has a multi piece crossmember too but it's stiffen will bars going from the crossmember to the transmission crossmember. but then again, you can always weld the crossmember together once it's on your 4runner.
