Thanks for the positive comments guys. My plan is to make a jig from this bumper for the future. It bolts into the stock holes on the lower portion of the frame, (4 per side) and then I used a factory hole in each side of the frame for the front brackets. I slipped a 1/2 bit into the factory hole and drilled the inside of the frame which allowed me to slip a 1/2" grade 8 bolt horizontally through the frame toward the front of the bumper. A very easy bolt on procedure.
This is a 3rd gen 4R, and I'd really like to know if any of you know if this bumper will fit on any other generation 4R's...? My goal is to offer something for the future because it doesn't seem like many companies offer much for the 4R.

Hey I'm in Solana Beach. Id be interested if the price is right. I definetly need one that is able to hold a swing out tire carrier though. Pushing a 35' tire on a steel wheel up onto the roof rack is not fun

I live in the marine mecca and used to deliver soft water tanks on Camp Pendleton and that's when my eyes opened up to the sacrifices you guy's & gals make for us. Leaving your car/truck projects in the garage and your pretty wives and cute kids for many months at a time for who....US ! Thank you! My parts always come with a discount. oorraahh to you buddy.

Did you take your camera? Travis I'm still interested in building that jig when we find the time. I'd like to offer a few styles ranging from yours down to some simpler designs that would be a bit more affordable, as options are always good. Ranging from about $225 up to $650 or so. Here are a couple I did for the Tacoma, the non wraparound is $259 +shipping. He paid $79 to have it shipped UPS ground from CA to NY. Custom fab shipped right to your door.

hey did beef make your sliders too? measurements? I like the look of the tube, if you decide to pull the trigger on that front bumper, take some pics! and for Beef, how much work do you think it would be to make a 33 fit under the rear?

Dude I love these SoCal guys! I am from Vista but born and raised in Solana Beach. I need to get out and see your guy's rigs sometime. I have plans for my truck, but they are gonna take some time. As per usual.
Oh, and even though some Marines, especially the young ones, are pains in the ass, I salute everyone of them around here for protecting us.
