Yoter's got a good list going. I'd suggest similar items.

I agree with the rest, the first mod you should really dish the money out for is tires. And I'd like to say you have the best problem I've heard all day.

I think everyone will have different views on what you should do when starting out building a rig up. The reason I would choose my list over a set of tires or locker is because tires and a lunch box locker will be items that could pose as wasted money when you decide to upgrade to bigger tires or front and rear electric lockers. I like my list also being you get a lot for the money. You get lights, tow strap, recovery point in the rear, cb system, & an upgraded air intake system. I personally would rather have the abilty to be recovered from a situation than have the tires to get me into a tight situation and be stuck with guys wondering why I didnt have the proper recovery gear.
To better you on getting set up a cheap set of fog lights also will work. I operated off of cheap fog lights for a while and they really work. I have a cheap set I will sell you for $15 shipped. So right there you will save $62.99. With that money you can afford from Schucks their portable high volume air compressor for $24.99 & on ebay I saw a set of tire deflators for $10. You then have $28 left for tax or shipping or gas.

Also scratch the K&N filter. So now you have a budget of $74.99. Do Blu's intake mod like I said being its a inexpensive mod but also do the air box mod where you drill it out in the bottom. Take your $74.99 and buy from Schucks (their Blazer brand driving lights for $25)to use as back up lamps. Putting you at $49.99. Wiring parts for the back up lights would run at another $10? So now at $39.99 could be your shipping, tax and all that.
