3" Lifted 97 4R - 1.1* Positive Camber on Pass Side
Last week I installed my 3" OME lift (F/R Coils and Shocks) and put on new 285 Bighorns. I immediately took it to the alignment shop to get the alignment done and for some reason, they cannot get the camber any less than 1.1* (Factory spec is -.6 to .9) on the passengers side.
Visually, the tire looks out a good bit at the top, but they say they cant get it any more because it is adjusted to the max. It drives nice and straight, but I can see a $200 tire wearing out on the outside edge REAL fast.
Again, this is only on pass side. Drivers side camber is 0.0. Any suggestions?

Most likely your upper or lower ball joint is causing the problem. Also could be the bushings...
Sounds like you need to take to a FRONT END shop, which specializes in only but front end alignments. They will be able to get it there, or tell you exactly whats wrong.
The tire shops which offer alignments aren't good places to go.
