To be fair big trav. We have a whole section to motor swaps.. search there? did you search? This it nothing new, and has been covered a lot. People get mad when the same/similar questions are asked every day. Read the rules, read the stickies. Its all there.
Help us help you. Were not mind readers. You want to strip down the wiring harness correct? what other accessories are you running? Auto or 5 sped tranny? Any lights? swaping the whole dash? ignition? Any wiring in the buggy now? Start by finding a wiring diagram online ( free Factory service manuals can be downloaded if you search) then trim down what you dont need.
Lets see this 90k buggy.

There's about only about 7 wires needed to get the 3.4 running... There's tons of info in https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f160/ Start with the sticky threads. Pleases do yourself a favor and do some reading and learning because you're going to need to be able to field repair your rig. It's really the ultimate resource for 3.4 swaps on the internet. Also in a buggy, I would also be going for an LS too, but you didn't ask.

Older vehicle, buggy or crate will all be the same to get the engine to run. Get a wiring diagram and look at which wires go to power, ground and signal.

Thanks for the help been reading about every article I find, I am using cruise control as this is also going be a daily driver and I go on very long trips. This was first being built as advertisement so I could turn heads but during the process I scraped and sold my other wheelers and this has became an obsession.
