3.0----->3.4 conversion, need help FAST!
I have a '94 4Runner with the 3.0 v6. The head gaskets let go in late September and it hasn't moved since. I have the oppourtunity to get a '95 3.4 v6, ECU, and tranny for dirt cheap. I've done a little reasearch on the subject, but I need to know what else I need to have to complete the conversion, and I need to know A.S.A.P. If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Oh, and btw, a big thank you to AverysDad for actually posting something that led me to some information, and not argueing about when the 3.4 came out.

Manual tranny make sure you will not have this problem.

If you have an auto, the t-case and tranny are not separable.
If you have a 5spd, an adaptor can put the chain drive behind the new tranny or a gear drive or two or three.
Read the ORS page.
If you need these kind of questions answered fast, I think you need to do some more reading.
