2nd Gen Hitch

Hello all..

I have a couple of questions pertaining to installing a hitch and wiring. i have the opportunity to buy a stock hitch off of another 2nd gen, but ive never really looked into how to put it on. what size bolts does it use? how many? will it interfere with my stock spare at all? ive heard that some do and some dont. and the wiring, where exactly does it get wired up to? any info would be much appreciated!

There is only one part I can help on. It will not mess up your stock spare tire. I think my stock hitch has 3 bolts per side and I have taken it off and painted it. Wasn't hard at all.

I have a hitch on mine, but it was factory. I think it has 3/4" bolts of which there are 6. My 235/75r15s have a hellova time getting in and out btwn it and the rear axle however. I'd hate to see a 31" try get in there on mine...

I can fit a 32x11.50 under my truck. Must be different hitches. Mine doesn't have any stickers or names stamped on it so I assumed it was port installed.
