Could be youre TPS. I had one go bad, all it would do was idle. Anything above that and it would stall. Took me almost an hour to get home!
The bumps on the #4 sound like predetonation, but not really sure.

could also be the ac doing something wierd, check to see if it still happens with the ac off? and maybe check some of the vacuum lines to the throttlebody etc, just start pokin around under the hood

all my vacum lines are in really good condition, all go to where tier supposed to and i dont have ac or power steering so niether of those will affect it, could it be a bad vavle or seat cuz the spark plug was wet with oil and gas. i think mostly gas tho. cant i adjust the throttle position sensor, i looked and u can adjust it a little bit, is there a way to find the right setting?

i figured it out it was my tps sensor, i adjusted it and it was bad so i got a new one, my guess is it was telling the engine to run too rich and would cause it to sputter

The TPS doesn't tell the engine to run rich or lean. It just tells the ECU how far open the throttle is and most importantly, when it is closed so that the ECU enters the stable idle mode (vs. the "running at low RPM mode"). If the idle contact in the TPS is not closing at the right place, you won't get a smooth idle:
