Internal Combustion, I can't believe I missed that I kept thinking it was something else duh, stupid question but if you drive the car with a lead foot does that mean both engine and motor/generator are always on giving max power, from reading the info from Toyota and Lexus thats what it sounds like.

My fathers friend has a Prius and gets 67mpg in the city, he says you have to learn how to drive it cause you think it stalls out and that in the extreme heat of rush hour when everybody is crawling he says the engine does not even turn on I ask him how the AC works then, but he says it does cycle on and off, Im not really familar with the car cause they go from car carrier to owner, things are sold months in advance, and I saw 1 with a sticker on it that said, how many gallons does it take to fill your tank and the picture was a little catoon guy squeezing the earth to get the oil out
