Yeah the Jeep was out of proportion huge! That lady was cute and about 5-7? (bad pic of her tho).
Toyota took all the knobs off their cars so people wouldn't steal them. Others did that too.
The GS looks AWESOME. Push button start, the grille is sweet-superfine detail, plush interior..it is awesome.
GT40-the new one!
GS
LFS
FTX interior- typical showcar unrealistic
wonder who won truck of the year?
sproing! the Lambos were bada$$
Gotta save my duckets for one of these- looked so sweet

Oh yeah the new Chevy PT Cruiser knock off (looked JUST like a PT Cruiser)
and the Pimp-version. Trying too hard sucks...
Nomad concept was sweet
inside the Nomad-note the same HVAC controls as the SSR production truck
SSR-cool but when you sit inside the ergonomics are funky, it feels like the hood is long and windshield is far away-would suck to park it
Interior is cool-surprised me the quality was good- but then I found out it costs $40Large! Nope, sucks for that...design is good though.
Vette interior- nice, impressive overall. Like the coupe alot

great pix!! was at the san jose show tonight, not nearly as impressive as the LA one.
BTW th merc SLR is a V8 not v12
I love the GX lexus, just that little bit bigger (which make a huge diff on the 4R) and nicer inside. it seems retrofitting the kdss system is a no-no for the 4R. bastards

andries,
actually it is not the slr, it is the exotic Merc supercar w/ the V12! It was amazing looking.
Yeah I felt the same about KDSS- but for serious wheeling you don't want it anyway.

wow awesome pics!!
is that a Land Rover Defender 90? Are they producing a model that will be imported?
The Xterra's wheel wells are bulging way too much.
Tundra and dodge trucks looked cool

Wow! Thanks for the pics. Awesome!
I think I like that Tundra. Front end is nice anyway!
The new GS is downright cool. Is it suppose to have the current 4.3 V8?
Were there any new IS models there? I heard they are suppose to have an available V8 and AWD.
Does anybody know if the rear suspension on the GT40 was redesigned? They had one at the local Ford dealer and the rear suspension was totally different. The rear coils were located next to each other laying lengthwise and horizontally between each of the rear exhaust pipes on the model I saw. They were connected to the hub via a connecting rod (or whatever is called) that went up diagonally to a pivot on the frame that was then connected to the coils. It was a really cool setup, sorta like the F1 cars I guess.
The new Mercedes cars are really nice too. Not too crazy about the headlights on some of them though. Looks too much like the new BMW 5 series.
The '05 SSR are suppose have the 6.0 in them now. Makes them much better, but still not worth 45 grand.
That Mustang is sweeeeet! Looks a bit like Elaenor (sp?) on "Gone in 60 seconds."
Anyhow, that's my $.02.
Have fun all.
Daniel

You would actually want KDSS for serious offroading. Just need to extend the links of the swaybars for a serious link. It allows you to have a stiffer swaybar for the road, improves handling, and then disconnects both front and rear swaybars when going offroad automatically thereby improving flex quite a bit. CHeck the RTI indexes for the GX with and without KDSS. But now it is a irrelevant point now, since it is way to involved to implement for the 4R.

They had Elanor there too!
Here's another stang next to the GT40- you can see how low the GT40 is! and keep in mind that Mustang is slammed too!
The CLS doesn't come across in pictures but believe me it is stunning. The Brabrus one looks so frickin tits! This is the "regular" AMG

Sorry it IS the SLR, you are right, but this one has the V12... so...new model?
Yeah I see what you're saying about the KDSS but it is impossible to disco that system from what I saw. The things I noticed are the massive amount of hydraulics, wiriing and additional parts.
The KDSS uses a massive (I mean massive) antisway bar and the huge hydro piston to "push" the wheels down. One thing is I don't know how "fast" the system is- once you locker up the ff/rr, it can no longer rely on ATRAC to sense wheelspin so the system has no way of knowing a wheel is in the air if you add lockers---KDSS would never operate in this case-- just my guess but I am not sure.
I think it's a very sweet system and if it were transplantable, I would do it. However, I think there is a better way. The 4R has some amazing travel on the front end so the battle is not lost there by any means- it will get done!

GT-40's are near 40" tall. I think that's where aot of peope beive the name came from.
Damn I want one of those X-Runners. A blue one. Not reay a big choice on tranny's, I heard they ony had standards. Oh well, I won't be picky.
