2000 4Runner Harmonic Vibration
I have a 2000 v6 2wd 4Runner with 112,000 miles. It all of a sudden developed a vibration between 60-70mph. I checked the U-joints, and the front was bad, so I replaced them both. I drove it, but the problem was still there. I noticed that I was at 1800rpm when the vibration occurred. I parked it in my shop, and ran her up to 1800rpm, and the same vibration was there. I checked motor mounts,and did not see any obvious problems. I checked all of the exhaust mount, as I have heard of this causing harmonics issues, but all are in tact. Anyone have any ideas, or any experience with this problem?

IMO you should have just replace ALL u's while you had the shaft out.
did you check the tranny mounts? crossmember bolts to make sure they are tight..?
Tires and wheels balanced ?

I appreciate the drivetrain and tire suggestions, but the post says I replaced BOTH joints, and later pulled it in the shop and ran up to 1800rpm, and vibration was still there. Tires and drivetrain mounts don't come into play in PARK, and my shop ain't nowhere big enough to get up to 60mph inside !!
Any other ideas?

in fairness everyone is trying to help.....drivetrain still has moving parts when in park.....for example tranny gears and the torque converter still move even when in park. but i dont think that's the issue
is this a possible misfire? maybe when you get to a certain rpm the spark is igniting the fuel?
or is the vibration much worse? if you think its the crank pulley pull it off and start the motor with no pulleys or belts and see if the problem is still there....
i would say if its not a misfire and all mounts and look good....crank pulley is a good place to start.

I wouldn't run the engine with the crank bolt off... or loose for that matter.

i agree...
but if he has checked everything else out....and thinks its the crank pulley....its not like he has to run the motor forever.....and it beats spending over 300 on a crank pulley if thats not the problem....
id still look into misfiring first.....
