2.7 factory exhaust diameter

i searched already, and most of the threads were about the 3.0 or 3.4. i need to buy a replacement muffler for my 98 runner with the 3rz, and i need to know what diameter the stock exhaust is. i crunched it off-road, and need just the muffler cut out and welded back in. lou's custom exhaust is doing the work, but i thought i would save some $$ by buying the muffler myself. thanks in advance guys!

oh yeah! any recommended muffler to give the 4cyl a nice tone? NOT ricey though. appreciate the info.

yeah, i had read about the 2.25 but i didn't know if that was just for the 6cyl, or if it were universal. i know magnaflow is a good brand, but i am concerned about the small motor trying to produce a big motor sound. but i know they are cheap enough too, so that is def. an option. anyone else?
