1st Gen TRD "Gray" Supercharger Install Guide

I have had quite a few people PM me asking for this install manual so i figured i would just scan it in so that everyone can have acsess to it.

So here is a PDF version of the 1st gen supercharger install manual with part numbers list and other notes.

1st_Gen_TRD_Supercharger_Install_Guide.pdf

Nose supercharger drive replacement for the 1st gen:
3.4_Gen_I_Nose_Drive_Replacement.pdf

And the 2nd gen Supercharger manual as well for the heck of it.

Well i just got a new all-in-one printer the other day so i figured i might as well try it out, works pretty good IMO.

So stop making me blush, it was not THAT great LOL.

Well between that and your answers to my other questions I at least fell like I have a little clue going into this...so its been extremely helpful to me.

BTW, I just got off the phone placing my order with URD...he talked me out of the headers though...not enough gains...too much money!

I agree, as i just said in my last PM, the headers may not be worth it for you.

In my case with the stock pulley i am putting out as much power as people with the 2.2 pulley but if yours is a trail rig that little bit of gain is not worth it, the install is a PAIN.

Plus that frees up $700 that you can use to buy a wideband gauge and some other little things to get it running right.

I also wanted to say thanks. I'm rebuilding a first gen and will install it as soon as I can. This is a huge help!
