Arrow 1999 SR5 2WD low idle,hard starting,random problem

hey guys whats up?
the wifes 4 runner is acting up the last few weeks and i cant stand it anymore. the truck has new OEM fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, cleaned throttle body plate and bore, and I cleaned and oiled the K&N. I did not over oil the filter and the truck has never acted like this before. She has 90 K on the clock and other than the FIPK there is no modifications to the truck. There is no pending codes nor check engine light! Three out of five days she will run perfect then after a short drive to the store she wont start or it will be very hard to start with a 4~500 idle speed. How in the heck can this be going on without a MIL or CEL? Guys I need some help, I have searched, and please dont recommend seafoam

Thanks in advance

There could be a number of things, I experienced a similar problem before and solved it with Seafoam. If you are not sure then type it in the search, lots of info about it.
