I ordered some ION Yellow 55w H3 bulbs to go in mine...we shall see...

Those should work fine...good luck with the install. Take it easy with the muscles on those screws they strip like no other!!! I had to replace most of the screws in mine..well I had the dealer do it cause I work up there now but...either way...just be careful. Try a bunch of different screwdriver heads before torqueing on anything.

I have replaced my bulbs and I have removed no screws to do so, what screws are you removing? You just pop the wire holder out of the lock and move it up and slide the old bulb out and disconnect the wires and attache the new bulb . . . or did I miss something?

SLG, I ddn't know you had to take out any screws either. Maybe different years work differently.Mike

I see three screws underneath the unit. I assume those are the ones they are talking about, then the bulb mount must drop down and out of it.

Yes, there are 3 small screws holding it in place. Remove those, let the cover hang down, remove the screw holding down the wire for the bulb and you're in business.
