Well, going on 3 days now on the original ignition system. No issues thus far. So the problem is in either the wiring, or the Care coil or the box itself. Certainly not the ignitor.

Made up my mind that I am gonna build this gas tank skid out of 1/8" plate. I don't know why I don't want to reuse this one. lol.

I also considered raising the fuel tank too, but I don't want to compound the fact I don't have much time to get this done. And it looks to be a PITA. Though I'd be able to simply make some spacers to lift it and inch or so, but doesn't look that simple.

Dang, why I always got to take a picture of my shoe? lol.

Nice sneaks, it's like your signature.

There is like 80% of that skid lift, since when do yota owners get rid of parts because they aren't 100% anymore. Ian has it, JB weld, maybe add some bailing wire, I thin Brian has some holding 90% of his grill together.

Might have a new addition to my truck soon.

Might be getting the bumper and sliders from this.
Got to find out how hard it would be to retrofit it from the 85 front bumper mount to the IFS truck, but probably nothing a won't fix.
Hopefully the fender part of the "exo" will clear fenders. Looks like it's close.
My luck they won't clear.

Should be the same width but an inch or two too low. SFA frames rare a bit higher in the front end from what I've read.

hmmmm. As you were posting this I was posting this:

Good news is the rig doesn't have a body lift on it, and it should by the looks of it clear the fenders.

This made my head hurt, but I gather the SA cross member is 1.46" higher in the front?

I'll make it fit. lol. I think I got the deal I wanted on it, it's just a matter of figuring out if it's gonna be more trouble then it's worth. Could possibly be getting it for $150. It's one of those deals that I normally don't find. And I just so happen to have the cash this time.

hahah shuddup. lmao. IIRC I wasn't the last one to do something stupid that day. lmao.

BTW: I don't know if you know or not, but he lost 4wd because the vacuum line came off the front diff.
Simple fix you woulda been outta there in less then 5 minutes. lol.

I'm kinda surprised I got outta that spot. Probably as stuck as this truck has ever been.

Score....

As long as the guy comes back with an acceptable backspacing number these will be mine for $70. I only have to drive an hour for them. lol.
