Harbor Freight shopping list for today:

Tire Chuck with Clip $2.99
5 Piece Solid Brass Quick Coupler Set $3.99
25 Ft. x 3/8" PVC Air Hose $7.99
25 ft. x 3/8" Heavy Duty Black Rubber Air Hose $14.99 (depending on how stiff the PVC air hose is)
4 Piece Heavy Duty Pry Bar Set 8", 12", 18", 24" $7.99
1/2'' x 260" TEFLON® Thread Seal Tape $0.59

$32.38 or $24.96 inc. tax depending on which air hose I go with.

With a passion I do not like Vinyl coiled air hose so I won't be going with one of those.

Should be enough to mount and unmount my tires using my small compressor.

$10 mount & Balance x 5 = $50
$5 to balance x 5 = $25

total to mount myself and have balanced: $57.38 or $49.96 depending on which hose I get from HF. Not saving much, but I will have all the tools nec to air back up or mount a busted bead tire on the trails.

I still have to mount that one tire to test fit on the front though.

Yes I am a penny pincher and like to get the most for my money. The way I look at it is I am working my butt off for a free set of tools. haha. Cus if I didn't then I'd be paying the same amount and getting no tools in the process just my tires mounted.

oh since vieo don;t count this page needs a pic.

My tire condom keeping my tires dry for the time being. I had it covered a little better, but it is kinda windy. No bother, I just wanted to keep water out of the inside of the tires.

Most of the old wooden bed is now hacked up and turned into firewood for the Rausch Creek East Coast 4Runner Jamboree.

If your worried about the back spacing on those tires...Just toss them on and see what you got. Easiest way.

Yeah I am gonna mount one to a loose rim I got here and test fit the front. I know the rear won't work right now because of bed clearance even for on the street.

Why are spacers so danged expensive. lol. Could almost buy a new set of cheapie steelies for the amount of some of them. Not too crazy about spacers anyway though. But I guess some are using them.

Whew, good thing I added those photos. haha.

I have those lift springs, but I don't know as of yet where the butt will sit after getting them in, but I got 1 month to get the springs in and tires on. Because the tires on it will not pass inspection. At least not the front ones. And the rears are real close to borderline.

INCOMING: 15X8 wheel 4.75 backspacing.

31X10.5R15

33X12.50R15

This is the clearance I was worried about. Upper control arm/ball joint area. For some reason, it's almost the same clearance with the 10.5's.

Full lock clearance to the idler arm.

Full lock clearance to the fenderwell. (not flexed)

Full lock clearance to the swaybar mount.

Full lock clearance of the front what used to be the valance/bumper corner bracket. Yeah that's gonna have to come off.

Full lock lack of clearance to the rocker panel. 1st on the outside then from behind the fender.

And some more for good measure. Left tire 33, right tire 31.

I'll take care of the rubbage issue at rest first, then "try" to flex the front and see what hits then as well.

First I got to figure out where this is supposed to be sitting to begin with and level it out when I get the back springs in. I might not rub so bad on the rocker panel once the t-bar is cranked where its supposed to be and maybe slightly more.

Hmmm, great pics, man, and those look BEEFY!

I'll be watching all the clearance/rubbing issues and the rest as well. Curious to see what you do to get the most out of them, safely. They look GREAT, BRANDON!
