Got my winch temp mounted today. It took some cutting on the grill but it fit in real nice after that. I also got my shift boots all taken care of so everything shifts nice and smooth now. Hoping to get the rear bumper mounted in the next couple days.
I still need to come up with something to put over the boot around the rear shifter. Anybody have any clever ideas. It's fine how it is but I'd like a little more of a finished look. The boot came out of a 2wd truck. I trimmed it down and used some sheet metal screws to screw it down. It came out pretty nice after 2 hours of trimming and fitting.

Hey Joey,
That is the sweetest looking rig - 3 gear sticks absolutely rocks!
If you had that shipped back to the UK (where you originally got it!) it would be one of the top rigs in the country. Update your link on the UK site.
For reference, here's a pic of the rig when Joey picked it up in the UK.

Went down to FAO the local 4X4 shop today and played on thier ramp a little. The springs are pretty stiff yet but I was at least able to check everything over. I'm gonna need to move my steering box a little bit and beef up the frame to alleviate some rubbing of the steering arms under full flex. Here are the shots. These pictures don't really do it justice. It was close to 6 feet to the ground when I jumped out of the drivers door. For reference this is a 30 degree ramp.

Yup they sure are! Tofer I don't think that was an official ramp or anything it was just something the shop had around for testing things out. I was pretty happy with the flex. I'm hoping the springs are going to settle some. I almost had some rubbing in the rear fender well but the front was good.

Marc it looks to me like your pittman arm is right on top of the lower steering arm same as mine. When I fully stuffed the drivers side tire they are rubbing just a little bit. I think alot of people just run them like that and call it good. I have Marlins pittman arm that goes with their hysteer. It's fine the way it is but it could be better.

The is HUGE.
I sit with rockers solidly in the middle of the top half of my 37's.
Give the springs some time to free up, time will sweeten it.
Standard hanger, standard eye to pin, you should get a Sky arm, I have one too.
Also, with a 2wd T-100 pan and decent bumpstops, you shouldn't hit the pan, or your springs should go negative first.

Ya Adrian it's tall for sure. Here's a shot of the arms touching
Oil pan wasn't an issue with mine. I'll look into that arm.

MarcP, What's the length from eye to eye on that sky arm? I had the same problem with my tie rod and drag link contacting at stuff. I also had the pitman arm getting held up by the leaf spring as it was coming across it's arc, but my YJ rear leaves aren't nearly as arched as Mr. Meyer's. I had to weld on a piece of 1" tubing to protect the zerk fitting on the arm as it kept getting knocked off. I have adjusted my bump stop placement to keep the arm and spring from contacting. It only just barely taps now on the hardest hits. I've considered moving my box forward as well, but I'd have to cut into the front of the body to allow room for the box, resleeve the frame... etc, etc.... PITA
This is the Pitman arm from AllPro that I shortened to 6" (from 6 3/4 I believe), and I think I remember the FJ arm being in the neighborhood of 7 3/4" center of hole to center of hole. I relaxed some of the drop, straightened the end that the rod end bolts to, then re-bent it to the degree I needed, redrilled it, and tapered it. I then welded some 3/8" hexagonal rod to reinforce it. If it breaks, I have an FJ pitman to get me home where I can order one of the sky ones
Here's a shot of the Zerk guard I welded on the rod end:
