They are 63" WMS so they are 5" wider than IFS axles. I'm 83" outside the tires w/ 13.5s on 3" BS H1 Rims.

Here is a rear view of mine on a 1st gen.

hijack: geez...that's wide...what do you think about it? how has it hurt you on road/off road? how has it helped (besides the obvious answer that it is more stable)? do you find it difficult on some trails to be that wide? thanks... end hijack.

Being that I drive mine only offroad I couldn't tell you on road but I find it climbs better than my IFS width stuff. I feel I get better flex since you have more leverage and not near as tippy. Not quite full width so I really don't have problems on tight stuff.

That actually not too bad. Flygtenstein is 67 WMS to WMS.

Have you driven at speed at all? If so, how did the rear driveshaft do?

PIC TIME!
GOT FLEX?(and bad rear steer, that will be delt with when I get the rock under it

I think what I'm going to do is take the lower rear mounts and turn them in and aim them into the center of the new axle and the uppers..I'm gonna angle them out..see how that works fo' me

The front might need a panhard(but then again I dont have the 4th link in place yet

Read all your postings, very interesting and well done.
Im going to put a 3 link rear on my Hilux, ( same as your tacoma ) did you have set measurements for the position of the brackets on a tacoma or did you do your own calculations ?
Thanks
