Rausch Creek was great, i need to get my videos from my buddy that had the GoPro. I was hoping to have the On Board Hot Shower finished, but time was not on my side. So i finished it yesterday.
Pump mounted in the trunk, runs to a switch i have in the side cubby hole for now, i need to mount it in a more convenient location.
Back of the plate that holds the three hook-ups...Hot, Cold and Supply. I used the holes already on the frame from the LSPV.
Radiator hook up, reusing the automatic cooler lines. (i haven't tested the heat exchange yet, the truck was cold when i ran my initial test.)
Couplers going from 3/8" to 1/2" poly reinforced food grad vinyl tubing. I also have a check valve on the supply side of the hot water so there is no backflow into the cold.
The shower screen i made from some sunbrella material i had, and some copper. The whole unit folds up and fits neatly inside my cargo basket. The room in the shower is about 3' square. I think i will try to get a video up on how the system sets up.
no measurement but the shower stall is about 5'2" tall when assembled. I used a few zip-ties to hold up the curtain, but i will probably use some shower rings eventually.
Inside, pressure is good, but i need toi get a low-flow head with shut-off
Hook-Ups under the mud flap thingy under the rear passenger side wheel well. This is where the plate mounted to the LSPV holes mentioned above. I don't know how this will work out, since the wheel well is usually dirty. I used standard garden hose quick-connectors. What you don't see in that pic is the caps i made so the quick-connects do not get contaminated.
I haven't tested the radiator at operating temperature to see how hot the water gets, but everything works as it should. However, i do have a few leaks, but that is from the plastic connections i used, and i didn't put any Teflon tape on the the threads first. I was reading on another forum that i wouldn't need too, well i did.

Maybe I missed it somewhere, but where's your water supply? At the beginning of the project, you said it would feed from a jerry can, is that still in place?

Well yes, and no. Yes i have a rusty Jerry Can that i need to re-coat the inside, or you get an iron bath. But for the test i just filled a 5gal. paint bucket(cleaned of-course)
