Ordered a Kodiak mechanical caliper today. Should be here the end of the week, then I need to get a rotor. The rotor should be the easier part of this equation.

I haven't mounted it yet its just sitting there.

Actually, i went to the yard just because i hadn'y been in a while and there were a few small things i could use. However, not one Yota truck, not even a 2nd gen Runner in the place. Then i spotted the rack on top of a minivan. took a prybar to the factory rails, and worked it loose.

thanks guys

RMA,
The not sure what you mean. My Can-Back has the bars tied into the frame and then i will mount the rack to the CanBack crossbars. I'll snap some shots of the interior.

Rear Window Wiring Mod

While i was vacationing this summer, my rear window failed to roll down. I have the soft top on and always forget to lock the tailgate until i am driving down the road. I will put the rear window up enough to lock the tailgate, then put it back down. I also defeated the Cover Top switch, as described be 4Crawler.
After further inspection i found my computer was compromised by moisture, and the Power Window Relay computer, was not reliable.
Here is how i bypassed the computer using two SPDT relays:

Note:
I have been modifying some wiring on my rig, and try to update a wire schematic so if i need to troubleshoot, i can refer to the above drawing, once i have forgotten what i did 'x' years ago. Which is why you see the factory wiring mixed into the modified schematic.

Replaced my Ilder Arm yesterday, solved most of my slight shimmy in the front. Next will be the Pitman Arm and then the wheel bearings.

My front brakes a still a bit sloppy after changing the pads and rotors Monday. yesterday i picked up new front brake hoses, hoping that the old hoses are expanding and creating the slop. I that doesn't solve the sloppy feel, i am stumped since the only thing i haven't replaced is the dual diaphragm booster.

Not really a kit, i bought the caliper and will need to mount it to the t-case. I have a concept that should work by using the stock e-brake cable(front half) similar to the sky/trail-gear, but not as bulky.
