Mine are Mudstar MT's, I think they are a Maxxis copy. I have had Mastercrafts before though, and liked them fine. My favorite so far were the Cooper STT's on my red 4Runner. They didn't last as long as the Mastercrafts, but they rode great, were quiet, stayed balanced, and got excellent traction.

Well we are going to put this bumper into production. Hopefully we'll be able to sell a few.

Update on the 4Runner-I removed the leafs yesterday and tossed the blocks in the scrap pile. I took the spring pack off the parts truck, added the middle leaf out of my old set, and now it rides and flexes great! It sat about an inch too high with the worn out springs and 3" blocks, now it sits level with stock shackles and no blocks. And no more "holy axle wrap Batman". I love it.

I too like that bumper, simple, and low profile. Almost like its not there until you need it to be.

Exactly what i like about it also. The other thing i like is it dosent have a stinger. Dont get me wrong..Stingers are good for what they are indended for. But with the light to mild wheelin I do with mine...I;ll never have use for it and it detracts from the lines of the truck.

Agreed. We will obviously have to offer a stinger for our production bumper, but it's just not my taste for this truck. I can't wait to get my rear done. Thanks for all the positive feedback.

As for progress on the 4Runner, i got the AC charged and working yesterday, just in time for the triple digits! The kids will be very happy with me this weekend.

Let me know when U decide to put it into production and the price range. Also if you are gonna sell it as a weld together kit...or all done ready to bolt on. I have always like the double tube design. Hell i even like the older SmittyBuilt ones, if for nothing else the pure asthetics..lol. Your bumper imo takes the asthetics adds functionality and incorperates a winch. How can U beat that?

I'll let you know when they are for sale. We will sell the bumpers complete, unpainted or powder coated, and ready to go. Price will be $399.

On another note, do you still need that sheet metal off the parts 4Runner. It's going to be scrapped soon, so let me know. Thanks.

I mean if U wanna be hack the bedside end 18 inches past the tail light recess and stick it aside for a month or 2 U can. But its totally up to you. Just picture the view of the rear end looking down from the top. Then take out an 18 inch square chunk with the sawzall. Finished piece shoul have part of the bedside small area of floor and the tailgate frame. Either or. As i said its up to you.

Yeah we are going to make these for the 2nd gen 4Runner and the 3rd gen pickup. Keep in mind though that this design is for a 3" body lift. The non body lift bumper will be a little different.

Our website is under construction. I will be advertising on YT when it's ready though. We are currently organizing the rest of our product line, gears, sliders, recovery gear, and more of course.

On the body lift, mine came with it, and I was originally going to take it off, but I like it now so it's there to stay. We are going to build skid plates too, so my 4Runner gets to be the test dummy. I think with the gears, locker and armor, I should be able to go anywhere I want to.
