Hey Troy, I sold the cragars for 130 bucks around 4th of july. I have the flat black D windows on my truck now. :/ I saw a set of Outlaw IIs on craigslist for 150 bucks? they looked really clean.

small update:
hit 147k miles today.
got an OEM toyota bottle jack for free. ( dont really need it, but kinda cool )
new brake pads
and new rear trim interior panel, my currently one is broke in the lower right corner :/

Very easy and very fun. The hardest part of the job is mounting it. Just make sure you don't get $5 3"x3"x2.5" speaker off eBay like it did. I didn't have a much of a choice though, no real space under my hood. I was able to shove mine behind the grill; it just sits there, but it's nicely wedged in. It's a tiny bit hard to hear over the 3.slow whine, but it is what it is.

Rear window has been repaired... after about 3 days of stressing over getting it fixed and finding what the issue was. it was the damn rear windshield wiper not retracting correctly.
next is the CB radio being wired up correctly... again.
