yeah... as far as i'm concerned, denso is roughly the same as ngk.
my only concern after replacing the plugs are the condition of #3 & #4. they looked like #1 & #2 at 175k... hmmm...
edit: here's what they looked like at ~182k
any ideas, anyone?

I don't care what kind a box my parts come in as long as I get them and undamaged, a box is a box :}LOL
I love getting brand new or new used parts, I just love to get them :}
< I love putting this on my thread :}LOL

for my reference

what i realized is that the oasis air compressors are nothing more than a high-torque motor with a york compressor. how about using a 2100 rpm, 4.5 hp winch motor?

hmmm... ideas...

from what i've read, winch duty cycle depends heavily on electrical system setup. if i'm drawing 100 amps up to 15 ft away (30 ft round-trip), that puts me at 1/0. it should be easy to add a continuous duty circuit with my bus-bar setup.
as for heat, i'll make sure to add a heat sink with fins and a fan (as that's what the oasis compressors have)
i'm not sure about starter motors, for 2 reasons: 1) seems like they'd have a short duty cycle, and 2) they don't have a standard output shaft. with the winch, it's 3/4" keyed, and mcmaster sells pulleys that'll fit
though, it's just an idea. i'll wait a little while longer 'til i start doing this stuff.
