Ha! Logan....
That's quite the skid plate, interested in seeing how it looks on the truck.

good thing the Navy gave you access to a bunch of lame one liners when you retired
Habanero - i have to admit he gave me a giggle.
Hopefully soon i will get it painted and mounted. I am wondering if I may have to had some form of mount/crossbar closer to the front. This thing is long.
and just realized the sheet of plywood behind it is 4x4' so it's at least 4' long..yep gonna need another mount

I was talking about the skids. I'm sure it'll give you the protection you're looking for. You've got a long line of parts you don't want banged around. How long is your rear driveshaft now?

It's fun to make fun of because it's really looooong- just like it has to be. They did an excellent job of making it cover what needs covering without making it weigh 80# and it will make an excellent bookshelf.

been looking for a rear cargo area carpet
noting around local so eBay came through .
dirty as heck but will give the pressure washer a shot at cleaning it

Also liking that switch and power outlet mount! Hope I can get some extra time to go back thru 10^5 posts to find that.
