I did it on the 'Paint' program on my computer. Where it says resize on the top bar.

Oh yeah I know... and when I tried to change it again after cropping that same picture... it just will not let me do it. I guess it only lets me upload original stuff? they're probably worried about computer gurus with ill intent planting a bunch of malware in here or something...

Mark,
It wasn't me that talked about switches that were good or bad...maybe Ian, he knows way more about that stuff then I.
I AM going to build a center panel that will be back-lit using lexan, and vinyl one of these days, but I haven't yet. I did use some perforated aluminum to mount a few switches, but that is temporary and janky at best.

Thanks, Dragon.... I was mentioning to habanero, really getting exhausted from doing research... that is just not like me, you know?

I'm not sure if I mentioned on this thread, but I am currently fighting hey pretty nasty ear infection that came on very quick! I broke down and I am taking something which I'm sure most I've heard of, called Cipro. I guess they felt it was pretty bad and considering my history of mastoidal( inner ear ) infections, a couple of them having almost killed me, combined with the fact that I am now 44 not 24... I guess they decided I need some of the nasty stuff! The problem with this is that due to multiple factors I have fairly bad tendonitis and what I believe to be plantar fasciitis... let me just say that both things at times are absolutely agonizing to the point that I can barely walk... add CIPRO? Not sure why they went ahead with it anyway because I told them about these things, and that drug actually interacts pretty strongly with people who have tendonitis and other things to the point where people can be hospitalized. I'm just keeping an eye at this point and I think it just made it a little worse is all, but my heel is just so painful that I can barely put any weight on any part of my foot to flex it in any way and so forth. it feels literally like someone took 3 pound sledge hammer and took a good swing at the back of my heel a little towards the driver side of center.

Unfortunately, while after a bit of the morning has passed it begins to become bearable, .... That is when one will usually try to push it and get everything done while its not hurting too bad... and then through the next night, then morning, you regret it deeply! I gotta say, I would not wish this on anybody. I have a fairly high pain threshold and yet just the heel brought me nearly to tears this morning.

Thanx RB,... I'll remember to ask Ian. They seemed to get pay decent reviews on this one hotrod forum... Of course I can no longer find it. I think its on my PC bookmarks folder. I would really like to drill out the panel above the radio where I already had my switch to the 8 inch halogen lights. I guess it would be best to use something that fits cleanly along there like those push button types that Dragon posted, where they can appear as though they are just part of the panel. when I start to add the square stuff or rectangular panel, it would need to be in another location work it just gets added on top of whatever plastic is there. I really don't want to do a switch panel on my A pillar. I just don't like the idea of lights however get him being at my level , basically in front of me. I know lots of people use those guage panels up there but I just don't like that. it can be done cleaning and its not that I think its ugly, some of them a really nice. its just a distraction to me I guess.

Habenero! thanks sister! I hope you find something interesting in there that maybe you can use.

I knew it would be you to comment first... You certainly have WAY too much experience, unfortunately, with Antibiotics! .....

THANX, Will..... Just have to stick it out and complete the battery of AB's, even if it is causing joint and tendon pain.

Bad luck Chef. I hope those meds don't make it to painful to walk around.

My dad has that foot pain too. Sucks bro.

Sweet sweet truck to go play with to get your mind off it when your on the mend though.

In that photo from your avatar, will it settle some? How much do you expect?

I forgot what lift size you went with as well. Same front and back?

You have the truck back right? Thread moves so fast I'm a bit lost as to what stage you are in.

It's brutal! Lol.... But life goes on, regardless. I foolishly did breakfast, because I couldn't get someone to fill in. Just finished lunch also, ... . Amd I'M DONE! Literally sweating to the point of having to dry my hair, regularly! I can do that while sitting with the foot elevated over an ice pack.... it's going on 4pm here and I stayed off the pain relievers as long as possible. .... I can no longer sustain without it! The ear and foot combined have won the battle of my resistance to succumbing to their relieving powers! Lol....

The rig is home a week or so now, Red. ... Been taking a few pics and such. ... Laying out the plans for what's next, etc.
