Well, I shared it in this thread, but it's SO LONGGGGGGG, lol, I can see why you might have missed that. BUT........that doesn't mean that I wont need it. However, it's an AFM from a 95? What's the #? Most ppl seem to tell me that the only one I can use is for 84-88. In fact, when I went to that yard in Fontana? YOU KNOW, the one that PROMISED me that "He had 4! come on out!"....AND THEN the 9'something one he had was JUNK! Not sure if it was the one that was wrong, or what year that was, actually. But, regardless, what's the number on it? 35020?

THANKS, EITHER WAY!

So, read anything from what I posted?

OK, EDIT! .......

The vacuum reading that I'm getting is from 15" to 18" 's. Is there a reason it's jumping around like that? Seems that's where I'm getting my miss and rough running! Not sure which item it is that's causing it, but I FEEL CLOSE! Don't worry, not counting chickens yet, just saying, ....it SEEMS to be telling me something! lol.

NO THOUGHTS, Xxxtreme?

PS> that is a diff. meter...most people tell me you can't swap with different models. But what do I know? lol.

I have no idea if they swap or not. Not sure what's going on with that vacuum.

Ok Xxtreme, ...dang, I can't get my buddy at Toyota to answer me, nor the couple people on here that had given me a vague warning about that. I think that actuators are different, plus the resistors, relating to the flap/coil wind relationship(....does any of what I just said make any sense? lol, hahaha.)

I'm just trying to figure out if it means anything, the results I've posted. Waiting on 4Crawler to respond on THE ACTUAL readings, not the errant ones I posted initially, hahaha. 50-60LBS? hahahaha. Sorry bout that. Anywhooooo, yeah, this HAS to mean something, ....I just don't know what, lol. Thanks so much for the offering to help, Xxxtreme. I'll keep asking till I get a definitive answer! Maybe the VSV is the same? Who knows, I'll keep checking and hopefully my "parts man" at Toy will call me back!

Man, ....this is really trying on a patient man's soul! Hahahaha. Anyway, I'm a bit confused by the reaction during the vacuum test. I need to do more research on how things work, etc., but it just seems odd to me that when I pull vacuum away from the Fuel Pressure Regulator, ....that it would run FINE! yet when hooking it back up, CRAP! lol. Now, I also hooked the FPR to the spare plugged hole on the 3 prong vacuum inlet to the intake, just to the back(rear fire wall end) of the upper intake, facing drivers side. SAME THING! It ran like crap. So, either I've got a problem with the FPR, Fuel Pump or I'm losing vacuum somewhere.

I'll keep you posted, just really frustrated. haha. S'all good though, when I finally get it right, OH LORD the bliss that will course through my veins!

Thanks for lookin out, Xxxtreme! Really appreciate ya! I'll check the numbers on my vsv when I get a minute tonight. Thanks again,

Chef markymark,in the hizouuuuuuuuuse! lol.

Yeah, plus, Bro, ...I'M CALIFORCOMMIA! lol. So, what I mean is, I think MANY modules and smog regulators are different, no? Cheapest I can find my EGR Solenoid(modul.) for is 68$ at 25% off list. You finding these on a Dealer site? Statracing? BTW, what do you think of STatracing, if anything? They do re-built AFM's for 238$ Just curious.

Are you looking for these for your truck as well? Or, are you informing me that you found them in case I need them? Sorry man, I'm so much into 'information overload' at this point, I can't even follow the simplest things at points in my day. Ahhhhhhh,.....I hope I can fix this soon so that you guys can celebrate with me!

that's the one I have left over from mine you can have, it should be the same on yours according to toyotapartszone.

I don't need it now since I switched to the weber carb and it deletes the EGR altogether.

FYI I didn't switch from EFI to carb, I switched from AISIN carb to Weber Carb.

oh and yeah I pulled the AFM just for you, I didn't realize there was a difference haha. Toyota I thought was real good with keeping things the same though the years.
