These guys are one eyed, 7 fingered clampits from the backwoods of sampit, they kinda just throw a price out out there haha.
I provided the chrome tips (off of a Z71 out of the graveyard ) And he made the Y pipe and everything for $120.
You know, i was worried about the same thing...
But i dont have my torsion bars turned up a lick, and the cv's are pretty straight right now...
Now UV Joints is a different story haha
You think it will cause an issue?

And she's sitting in my buddies yard waiting on either a 305 with auto tranny or 350 with an auto tranny. Both are throttle body injection, so ill switch whichever one to a carb and it will be bad .
Thanks man!

I honestly wouldn't put BJ spacers on a bracket lifted truck..
If you thought it was hard to align now, good luck with the BJ spacers.
They completely throw off the geometry of the two control arms..
The diff drop might make your front driveline double-cardan at too great an angle with the bracket lift diff drop, + the extra one inch.. So you might think about that.
Honestly i wouldn't put anymore money into the bracket lift you already have.
If you want more lift, and want to do it the RIGHT way (to get more travel), then look into a long-travel suspension system or something..
but imo, a BJ spacer ontop of a bracket lift, is just asking for trouble.

Thats been one of my dreams for a while, the only problem with 302's is parts for the transmissions are SOOOO expensive. I like the sound of a 302 more than i do a 305 honestly.
Thanks! Im also looking forward to seeing where i end up with em...haha.

On my 22RE its not really that loud. It sounds good, and its got good volume to it, but its nothing your going to get in trouble for.
I recommend them a 100% over straight pipe. Been there, done that, pissed a lot of people off.

The only reason i was really considering this was because after i get my new transmission in with the 5:29's i was wanting a bigger set of tires...35's 36's or 37's...And i dont want to trim the fenders if i dont have to.
But if you think Ball joint spacers with my current lift might affect daily driving conditions, then i might be going to 3rd base with my side grinder haha.
This is why i posted this thread, to learn things that i didn't know before...
Thanks for the advice!

So I was under the truck today and noticed that just recently I've started 3!...new leaks.
There's an oil leak on the front of the motor somewhere (I just took this motor in and had a new timing chain cover gasket set put on the motor cause it was under warranty and it was free!)
I have a small coolant leak coming from the bottom radiator hose. Which I will further investigate when I get off of work.
And I have a small leak coming out of the third member. I'm still full of gear oil, but it's a very very very slow drip.
^which I will be taking back to the clampit that rebuilt it 10,000 miles ago...
