got my spartan locker installed this weekend and got my truck back today! had to replace the rear hubs bc they were shot, but other than that, the locker went in great! the trip home was 12 miles and i couldnt even tell, nothing funny happening around turns, but that my be due to the way i turn, i always coast around turns in neutral...but idk..but im going to test it out this weekend and see how it does!

PLEASE READ!
ive learned a lot through this website over the past year but ive come into a dillema. i noticed my truck was running a little hot yesterday, so this morning i checked the oil and so what looked like small water drops on the dipstick, then i opened the radiator cap and saw nothing, no water or anything, so after a trip to the store i picked up some coolant and filled it up, then checked the dipstick and it was kind of a light brown color. now from what i know thats the head gasket....i havent drivin it since yesterday, i dont want to keep driving and crack the head or the block..should i just try to get the gasket fixed, or anything else it could be?

tear it down, have the head pressure tested, CHECKED FOR CRACKS AND WARPAGE, check to see if the block is warped. if its just ur gasket then replace it but if it looks good check your timing cover. big proble on the yotas is the timing chain guides break and the chain wears through the timing cover into the water pump.

done a few things to my truck in the past weeks.
made a rear differential breather

ran it up behind my taillight

then bought a skid plate off craigslist

bj spacers for the front

tj coils for the rear

the rear sits a little higher than the front now

had to install a new brake booster, and had some leftover paint

ive had this little siren for about a year now hooked up to a toggle switch

but connected it to one of my horn buttons
