This is gonna sound kinda stupid, but I am still looking at parts for the 4runner. Lol, not sure it is gonna sell anytime soon and I still have it so why not think about it.
Does anybody know anything about this company?

Still contemplating proceeding with the SAS swap huh? Interesting
Didn't realize you had a build thread on here, looks like you've done some very nice quality work on this thing.
I didn't looking shipping details yet but I will.

I figure I can throw this axle under my next project just as well as this rig, so I might as well keep on building up the axle.
Let me know what you want to do when your ready. No Rush

So I have ordered the 4.88 hp gears from Marlin. They should be here this week. I have also ordered a SAS kit from SKY.
I am going with the 2.5 springs so this thing will have about a 4" over stock lift kit upfront which should match my rear lift nicely. They are a few weeks out so I don't have any pictures yet, but the SAS is coming!!!!!

I have had several people ask for parts or where to get parts for this swap. I own a company called North West Toy's, llc. I make and sell an assortment of parts needed for this swap.
Here is the price sheet for the items. If you have more questions your always more then welcome to ask or pm me. If you decide you are ready to start this process I am always available to bounce idea's off of and help you out as much as possible. So if your stuck, your more then welcome to ask for help. All of our parts are designed to use state side Toyota only parts. The reason for this is so if you have a problem while out of town on a trail ride and need a replacement part (such as a clutch disk), you can get one at any local auto part store. No need to wait for a special order part that has to delivered to the USA from a foreign country.
Here are the prices
Custom flywheel machined to fit the 1UZ crank and accept the 3.0 disk: $350
Toyota clutch kit comprising of the correct 3.0/3.4 clutch componets such as disk, throw out bearing, pilot bearing: $350
Bell housing mating to the R150 transmission: $575
Motor mounts. These mounts bolt to your 1UZ block and then to your 3.0 V6 engine isolator pads. This allows you to keep your factory mounts on the frame and have the motor bolted in place just as your original motor was mounted : $179
Radiator, this radiator is a high performance aluminum radiator with the correct necking in place to run on your Lexus motor. There are mounting flanges welded onto the side of the radiator for the correct radiator depth needed. The flanges need to have the mounting bolt holes drilled for your truck. We have found that the original Toyota location fluctuates a little so we left these holes up to the final installer to place correctly. : $850
Body lift. We use T6061 grade aluminum for our body mounts. In order for the motor mounts to fit the engine correctly in the engine bay and provide enough space for hot air to escape down the tranny tunnel, we recommend a 1" body lift be installed. We can lathe cut body lift pucks to any size wanted. The starting price is for 1" pucks and no bolts. Custom cuts and new grade 8 body bolts can be purchased as well. Price starts at : $105

It has been a dream of mine since buying this 4runner of owning a company that specialized in custom Toyota's and custom Toyota parts.
I wanted to let everybody know that as of today my company North West Toy's, LLC will start carrying SKY manufacturing parts and products. So if anybody is looking at doing a 1UZ swap or putting a Solid axle under there truck, or getting a winch bumper for there ride, we are here and are capable and happy to help you achieve your dream rig!
We also have metal working equipment and can bend or melt metal to fit your needs.
We are working on getting our website put together soon!

The SAS has begun. T bars and ball joints are out. Working on removing the rest of the stuff.
The shackle tubes are burned in and the front hanger is bolted on waiting on final placement then it gets burned in as well. Hope to have the rest of the IFS stuff off this next week.

Here are some quick pics for everyone to see. More to come.
FJ60 Rotors waiting for the IFS hubs and sky wide axle kit to be installed
Custom built set of 3" leaf springs. Using our stock hanger these will net me a total of 4.5" of lift and move the axle forward about 2" over stock. yes I picked up a rear 14 gallon aux tank. Gonna play around with it after the SAS is done.
IFS is just hanging out waiting to finish unbolting the items worth anything and then plasmaing the rest off....

Here are some pics of the work that I have been doing.
Since we are a SKY vender we are using all sky manufacturing parts.
I am using the low profile front hanger. It is still just bolted on right now. The springs we are custom built 3" lift front spring with a centered stock spring pin. With the spring hanger sitting 1" forward of the front cross member this puts the axle about 1" forward of the IFS hub position. This will give me a more stock look rather than what most of the other people are doing with pushing the axle forward as much as possible. Again I want this to be an all around wheeler and expedition vehicle sitting on 35's. I am not too worried about stuffing anything else bigger under the Zrunner. I am worried about over all performance, not just what it can do in rocks. The reason for the swap was durability and strength over the IFS that and the lack of flex the IFS offered.
.
Using our custom motor mounts we have right now, it looks like we should be able to keep the LS400 oil pan and such. I will keep everybody posted as things progress.
We still need to weld the motor mount plates in place, weld the front hanger, paint the frame and the rest of the components, install the shock hoops, install shocks, torque all the bolts down to spec.
Once the SAS is done, it will be time to start installing the A/C system on this motor. Removing that IFS stuff opens up a lot of space!!!!
