Swing Out Tire Carrier

Hello friends maybe you guys can help me! Im looking for a swing out tire carrier with off bumper for my 90 4Runner cant find one

Well that one is pretty much complete except for the drivers side door/fender,brake booster and power window switches,, it is a 1990 V-6 5-speed with gray interior,
I have another 90 with the back section of the roof cut off with no engine/tranny/t-case or steering box,or front buckets
