I was just wondering what it's worth, if I was to sell it some time in the near future.
1995 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4x4
131,000 on odometer
New long block, replaced last spring, only 3,000 miles on it
Tailgate is rusty but works
Body and front bumper has tree scratches

Tjm Front Bumper
Hella FF300 Light Kit
Warn M8000 Winch w/ 12 Volt Guy In Cab Kit
Custom Rear Bumper w/ Jerry Can and Spare Tire Holder

It looks a whole lot better than mine, but I think $6000 is more realistic. After all, it is almost 13 years old. But you never know, you might be able to get $7000+ out of it, it is a really clean, nice 2nd gen 4Runner thats for sure.

I would say it depends on lots of things. First of all would be how bad the rust is. Secondly would be documentation on the new engine. If you have all the paperwork I think that'd increase the value because it heads off the headgasket questions. Finally, its all about the buyer...if you find someone looking for a nice 2nd gen you'll obviously get more than some kid looking for an SUV. Personally, I'd start at $7k...the worst thing that can happen is you have to lower your price.
