I'll see.. I think it'd be pretty cool to get a Christmas run going, but the time schedule is very very very tight, and it really hinges on every link of the chain getting their act together (as far as the bank getting the money, etc).
If I can't get these to everyone by Christmas, I'm going to have a lot of unhappy campers on my hands (And I would really want you guys to get your stuff by Christmas too).....So tentatively, it looks like a negative (negatory?).
The only way I can pretty much guarantee delivery by Christmas would be for me to schedule the end of the GB next week.

I'll try to make it there tonight at 7pm, might be a little late, not sure how late I have to work tonight, or how bad traffic will be. If not I will try for thursday at noon.

Cam it sounds like a pre-Christmas GB is just going to be too tight why not schedule one for a delivery after the holidays that way some folks can put the lights on their wish list for Santa. Just a thought...

Picked up my kit last night, and just finished loosly installing the kit... Need to warm up before I button everything down, but the wires are routed and the parts are all in place.
The only problem I found, was that my hi beam indicator does not work now? The hi beams are working, maybe I need to run a resitor inline now since these do not pull as much power?

4Crawler of course has all the answers.... And my thinking was right, the indicator needs some resistance in order to work.

Drove them around a little tonight, and they are nice and bright, but do not blind other drivers as far as I can tell. I did aim them down lower, but still need to get them balanced a little better. Also noticed when I went to check the hi beam pattern, that only the passenger side one is switching over, so I need to check over the wiring to see if something is wrong.
Also when I first turn them on, they flash brightly then dim, and brighten up. I also noticed that after switching from high beams to low beams, the color of the light was more yellow for a few seconds as it warmed back up.
low beam pattern
High beam pattern, as you can see only one side kicked on.
And now just a few cool shots,

if i understand this bulb correctly there are two arc tubes, one for low and one for high? if so thats why the highs are a different color when you switch because that arc tube is "cold" and has to warm up just like the lows, and FYI turning on and off a hot HID bulb (going from low to high then back to low again) is not the best for the bulbs (electrode wear), but how they have it set up its kinda hard to get around.
the beam looks ok, there is some glare but overall not too bad

i hope you have an aftermarket harness on your truck to deal with the additional electrical load.... There is a current spike around 80 ampres for a few milliseconds that tends to blow fuses. Check you head light fuses.
