dont run the mt+, but i do have the at/s on my truck for daily driving and i love them. they do excellent in everything ive thrown at them so far. such as mud , snow, rain, and dry pavement. no noise at highway speeds either.

I've got the original Yoko MT's. I've had them for 4 or 5 years now I believe. I'm generally pleased with them, though the downside is that they are uni-direction tires so you'll need a general spare tire. I currently carry a wild country tire as a spare.
Will my next set be a pair of these? Probably not. I think my next set I'll either go with Buckshots (good tire, cheap price) or possibly MTR's money depending.

I haven't run the MT's but I've ran the AT-II's and currently have the AT-S on my 4runner. Both have handled the mud, snow, sand and rocks with no problems.

If you are hellbent on a directional MT... Wait a bit.
Procomp should be having the buy 3 get one deal pretty soon. Then you can get some Extreme Terrains... Same principle tread design as those...

Are the MT+'s vastly different than the older MT's in rubber compound? My old yoka MT's wore out very quickly with less than 20K miles. My replacement Hercules MT's(small company) outlasted the Yokahama by 15K+ miles and worked equally as well. Just my 2cents.
