I’m thinking about buying a used motorhome but not sure where to start. There seem to be tons of motorhomes for sale out there, but I’m worried about getting stuck with something that needs expensive repairs. What should I be looking for when checking out a used motorhome? Are there specific things that wear out faster, like the engine, plumbing, or electrical systems? I also want to know if it's better to buy from a dealer or a private seller.
I’d love any advice from people who have experience with buying used motorhomes—what are the red flags or things I should definitely check before making a decision?
