This bridge is a single lane suspension bridge built in 1912 and refurbished in 1986. Relatively famous around here civil engineering, archetectual and survey students make "pilgrimages" every year.

heh, rotorhead, indeed I am =)
was working on my instrument cert when my instructor snapped those shots on his cellphone. I spent most of that flight under the hood, =(
but ofcourse did get to enjoy the view somewhat ..just dont tell my CFI I was cheating.

Well, thats how everyone I know pronoucnes it. We used to go camp up there a lot when I was a kid. If the bears don't get your food up there, the yellow jackets will!! I hate yellow jackets with a passion !!
