My first, and hopefully last engine swap.

So just finished up soldering. Pins I have left are IH:1 B-W, 6 L and 16 W-R.
For pin 1 I plan to leave it, correct?
For pin 6 I am unsure, must go somewhere.
For pin 16 I have a total of 3 W-R wires on my table, one from IH1, one from my 3.4 ECU and one from my 3.4 Body plug. Thinking of just wiring them all together. I do not have a W-L because my harness (for the time being) is from a 95.5
Pins on my donor body plug IK2: Pin 5 G-Y
When I follow this one back in my EWD it actually goes to the FC terminal on the ECU, so I'm going to go ahead and wire it to the G-Y wire on my IH1 pin 23 G-Y as per swap 101 unless I've got it figured wrong?

I don't have access to any ewds right now but I think that anything that's w-b gets grounded.
Put all the w-r together
The FC is fuel control for the ECM. Basically it sends a ground out when the ECM wants the fuels pump on. It's not strong enough to drive the actual pump, so it needs a relay......the COR (circuit opening relay). Your COR will have the g-y , two w-r wires (positive ignition wires) one to energize the coil and actuate the relay, and one that is the supply to whatever is the relay's slave.....in this case, the fuel pump. Pretty sure the L(blue) wire is the feed for the CoR to the fuel pumps itself. Now there is some interface with the air flow meter but honestly I have never messed with it so I don't know anything about it. I've only pulled 3.0's out!
Or in short......just match up the two g-y wires.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply dude, so I will hook all 3 of my W-R together, and then my G-Y off my pin 23 on my IH plug to the G-Y on my 3.4.
And for the L or blue coming off my IH1 pin 6, I know it sends power to my FP like Dntsdad said (thanks again for the help man!) but I'm still unclear as to where it wires into my 3.4.
I am not good at this, thank goodness for this forum. You are all awesome.

Assuming it does come by applying 12v to the blue wire, then you just need to apply signal to the cor from the ECM by connecting the g-y wires.
Clear or more confusing? Lol
I wish I could be more definitive, but without the vehicle here,I can't. Just gonna have to test it.

So got it sorted out, the blue wire was not needed and she fired right on up. Of course I did have the 2 G-Y wires hooked up like in swap 101 (thanks again man!).
Everything seems to be working good other then the 4wd. Now I've never driven this vehicle and not sure of its past, but the PO said everything worked prior to the head gasket pop and I'm inclined to believe him as he was pretty honest about everything and even held the vehicle for me for a few weeks without a deposit.
I figured I possibly have the 2 vac lines backwards but I haven't so I'm guessing it's something in the wiring. I went from:
Pin 9 of the ecm wired to
Pin 10 of IH2 4WD combo light to
Pin 18 of my donor body plug IK1 ADD detection switch.
I had pin 10 of my donor body plug IK2 wired in place of Pin 18. Pin 10 is 4WD light.
Can't get the 4wd light to come on, and it's certainly not in 4wd.
Any help is appreciated.

The two wires you need for the 4wd light are BOTH in your 3.0 plugs. One in each body plug, all you need to do is "extend" those wires to the switch on the transfer case. The switch completes the circuit when 4wd is selected. I had a auto harness with my 5 speed so I used extra wires to tie into the switch on the transfer case. Look only on your 3.0 wiring to figure it out as it's probably different in the 3.4 wiring.
I don't have any input on the ADD issue as I haven't messed with mine yet.
