Howzit! I assume you want to keep it a 5spd standard? If so you will probably need the ECU and harness from a manual. I'd grab the whole donor in you can cause don't want to forget anything. I grabbed just the motor and spend a few hundred more trying to source stuff that I missed.

Plenty of info...
You'll find just about everything you need to know here, although every swap seems to bring something new to the table.
I would start here at Off Road Solutions. They are out of business now, but nice enough to keep their site going.

Andy Zook also has a great general info site here:

From their do specific searches on each element of the swap and you'll get it all.
Firstly, change your signature to reflect your recipient vehicle and your donor vehicle specifics. This will help greatly in the future when you ask questions, as people will not have to ask the general questions over and over.
Not that that's said, the path of least resistance is to have similar setups (i.e. 5 speed to 5 speed) although using the auto setup you have is definetly not impossible. My initial advice is to search out someone here that is doing the opposite (auto to 5-speed) and arrange an engine harness and ECM swap.
Good luck.
