Milk on a mirror...how do you get it off?
We have this fig tree outside our home, a week ago, we had a few extended branches come out and on them where figs. Now it was far enough to catch hold of the mirror and driver's side body and the milk from the figs got onto the mirror and the driver's side door. I should be able to get the dried up milk off the door panel, but i just tried the mirror and it's not working very well. Anyone got any ideas? I did Windex the hell out of it, but still nothing. It is the smudge on the top right of the mirror you seen in the pictures.
Perhaps a better shot
and last but not least, a shot of the now trimmed fig tree

Maybe try some sort of sap remover. If that doesn't work, try acetone. It's too tough for the paint, but will be safe for glass. I use it all the time on my windshields.
