Faulty power window switch

So the driver window control no longer rolls the left passenger window up. It only rolls it down. Has this happened to anyone else? Seems wired that it would go down and not up. So every time I accidentally hit the down for it, I have to reach behind the seat to hit that window's own switch to go up. Does that sound like a whole replacement switch job?
