First thing I'd do is recheck the ignition timing. Then pull the front end off the engine and recheck your cam timing.

Ya really didn't want to hear this, did ya?

thats what i was afraid of. Do you know what would cuse the cm timing to jump. I put a new belt on it and i was wondering if the belt tensioner would go bad for any reason. I was also wondering if it is a hydraulic tensioner. thank you

The bad bearings Sludge is talking about are in the idler pulleys and the belt tensioner. Also, I had difficulty setting the cam timing once when I tried to use an aftermarket timing belt. Sticking with a Toyota belt solved the problem.
