Turbo rebuild help

I just finished rebuilding my 86 turbo engine. I got it running and it starts fine and revs good but cuts out at 4500 rpm's. I checked the timing a few times, new tps, checked the maf, all injectors are plugged in, alternator is on but still cuts out. There is no coolant in the engine yet so I dont know if it has an ignition sensor of some sort without water or what. Also the check engine light comes on once reved and the code says knock sensor but i dont see where it goes. I searched and it says between the oil filter and fuel filter but I cant find it. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? Thanks for the help.

first quit reving your brand new engine with out coolant and being broke in properly first . As for the knock sensor it goes on the passengers side and screws into the block. looks like this

with out it being plugged in your computer will go into limp mode and you really don't want to run your motor that way. Don't ask how I know

Ok im about to tell my turbo truck if anyone wants to make an offer....the knock sensor is in and no fix. New tps...no fix....checked the cam gear and dots line up perfect....timing is perfect....plug wires are good...maf checked good....tried 2 different computers....all vacuum lines are perfect...no vacuum leaks anywhere...im out of ideas. The truck idles perfect...revs perfect, but at 42-4500 rpm's it cuts out. Right when the turbo light comes on it cuts out...is there a boost sensor of some sort on these turbo engines? im out of ideas so someone please help me
Thanks in advance.

I found I have 2 injectors that leak. Could this be my problem. I wouldnt imagine it would suck air but it might.

it could be but I really don't know. Actually you should post this question up in the 86-95 truck and 4runner forum. There are several guys over there doing some amazing stuff with turbos and they may be able to really help you. Sorry your not getting more help here.
